Objective
Manage Sales Desk for specific territory; be the main focal point for customers both internal and external, be the backbone of the sales process for the respective region.
Responsibilities & Scope of Role
- Manage back office sales process end to end for specific territory
- Order Management and Order Fulfillment:
- Order fulfillment cycle:
- Quote entry
- Order entry and scheduling
- Order control: pricing integrity, financial issues, etc.
- RMAs and demo management
- Pay Or Return’s management
- Implements company’s policies and procedures. Functions as the “gate keeper” of the company to make sure the orders and Sales directors’ requests meets the company’s policies and in charge to stop them if needed.
- Follow up on collection from customers
- Execution and delivery of products to customers.
- Order fulfillment cycle:
- Sales Operation:
- Follow up on license renewal date and be in charge of renewing them on time.
- Be the Sales director “right hand” for all his needs.
- Point-of-contact for customers regarding any operational/logistics issues
- Build and issue reports from the system to support the sales director needs.

Qualifications & Experience
- At least two years’ sales coordinator/sales operation experience in a global high-tech company.
- Experience in both order management, international shipping and vast interface with sales directors and customers
- Academic degree
- Fluent in English; both written and verbal
- Additional languages – an advantage
- Systems knowledge: Sales Force knowledge a must
- Advanced excel knowledge – an advantage
