Technical Support Engineer

US NJ · Full-time

About The Position

Cellebrite is looking for Technical Support Engineer based in Parsippany, NJ with a strong helpdesk and technical background, and hands-on capabilities to work closely with customers supporting custom software.


  • Handle customer technical support cases using call/email/chat, use CRM to manage cases remotely, verbally directing and through remote access tools
  • Troubleshoot and fix technical issues on Cellebrite products
  • Directly communicate to customers or partners during troubleshooting to resolve
  • Report to Regional technical Support Manager, follow the procedural lead of global technical support division
  •  Adhere to SLA & KPI, always work towards improving technical support quality and service

Requirements

Requirements: 

Hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Windows OS (7,8,10)
  • Understanding and troubleshooting under the covers of operating systems
  • Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, User and Share Management )
  • Computers and technology environment; peripherals.
  • Good networking understanding and experience (TCP/IP, DNS, File Sharing and Mapping, communications)
  • CRM ticketing systems, SalesForce experience a plus


  • At least 3 years of experience in high output technical helpdesk support role
  • Excellent hands-on problem-solving skills and follow-through in both one-on-one and group situations
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven customer service experience with technical orientation
  • Fast learning skills with the ability to adapt to this position
  • Responsible, able to handle support case from opening to closure
  • Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions.
  •  Has or has the ability to obtain a passport, eligible for travel outside of the US if needed

 

An advantage

  • Knowledge and experience in cellular technology, cell phones
  • Knowledge of mobile phone OS (iOS, Android…)
  • Technical Certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network +, MCSA…)
  •  Helpdesk Customer Service skills and communication training and achievements
  • Work experience using Linux
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Hex databases
  • Work experience using Cellebrite or other forensic software
  • Digital Forensics/Computer Science degree
  • Salesforce Case management experience
