Sales Engineer, Enterprise Solutions

About The Position

Cellebrite is currently seeking a Sales Engineer, to support pre-sales activities for the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit in North America. This position would support all technical efforts associated with solutions that assist corporations and service providers working on eDiscovery, internal investigations, and incident response cases.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  • Identifies current and future customer technical requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements. Provides product or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  •  Conducts demonstrations of products as needed. Prepares solution quotes by understanding customer requirements and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
  • Develops proposals by analyzing cost-benefit ratios and return on investment analysis. 
  • Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating the technical value of solutions, cost reductions, and operations improvements.
  • Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customers on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customers on needed actions.
  •  Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales/systems engineering role, or, 4 years of experience in digital forensic investigations (Mobile and/or computer forensics).
  • Working Knowledge of Investigations: general requirements, analysis, & documentation
  • Linux and Windows system administration, basic networking, and storage administration


LOCATION: U.S. and can work virtual – no need to come in daily to office.

TRAVEL: This position requires frequent travel, 50% within U.S. (flight & ground).
