Sr. Sales Director, Account Executive, Federal Civilian Sales

About The Position

Objective:

Cellebrite is seeking a driven, experienced and successful Sales Leader to manage Cellebrite’s strategically important US Federal Civilian sector.  As a direct report to the VP of Federal Sales, the candidate must have a proven track record of sales growth, and developing high performing teams selling solutions in a dynamic and growing market. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in successful management, of an enterprise sales team.

To be successful in this role the candidate will need to: 

  • Continuing to develop a high performing and dynamic sales organization that is part of Federal 60 M rev size that is targeted to be 100 M in 2023;
  • Implement and drive complex selling and strategic account management capabilities in the sales team;
  • Provide hands-on support to the sales team, directing efforts to identify new business, conduct competitive analysis and developing "win" strategies with the sales team;
  • Lead by example and set a high-standard at all times;
  • Plan, manage and execute the Cellebrite sales strategy in the target market;
  • Increase Cellebrite’s sales and revenue - meeting and exceeding the annual goals;
  • Navigate the complex procurement and budget cycles in the target market;
  • Develop relationships with senior level decision makers and influencers in the target market;
  • Continually improve customer relations and customer engagement;
  • Monitor and report all relevant aspects in the Civilian market such as technologies, competitors, trends, changes, regulations, laws, etc;
  • Work with other departments in Cellebrite, including Marketing, Product Management and Legal to support the strategy and achievement of goals in the Civilian market;
  • Work with Business Development team to manage and identify system integrator relationships in the Civilian market.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous or current experience as a Sales leader of a multi-cultural, high growth company - preferably a business unit of an organization with revenue in excess of $100M;
  • A demonstrated track record of working in a complex selling environment to achieve expansion;
  • Experience of developing and managing a high-performing sales team;
  • Experience of complex solution selling methodologies in high-tech companies;
  • Experience in strategic account management methodologies;
  • Experience of developing and closing business across the US Federal market is preferred;
  • Experience of working in a fast growth, team-oriented environment.
