Information Systems PMO
About The Position
We are seeking an Information Systems PMO to manage and support the Cellebrite information systems portfolio of projects, including gathering data about project progress, developing standards and processes while encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes and producing managerial reports
Role Main Responsibilities:
• Tracking status of project deliverables and milestones, collaborate with project teams
• Make sure that projects and programs are run in a repeatable, standardized way
· Ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date
· Manage and monitor reporting hours, train and maintain process adherence across the MIS organization
· Manage and monitor vendor billings, systems user licenses
· Analyze financial data, Budget and cost allocations
· Manage dependencies across multiple projects
· Quality control and post project benefits tracking and reporting
· Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
Requirements
· 3+ years of PMO experience leading information system projects in a hi-tech company
· Proficient in project management tools
· Experience with CRM/ERP project management
· Collaborator, able to collaborate effectively for cross teams results
· Fast learner, able to work independently as well as in a team.
· Detailed oriented and analytic thinking
· Must work well under pressure, have good interpersonal skills and well organized.
· Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
· B.Sc. degree specializing in Information system, Business Administration or equivalent.
