Marketing Automation Manager
About The Position
As Marketing Automation Manager in Demand Generations team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining scalable processes and programs that help us to meet our corporate objectives.
This position has a high degree of cross functional interaction and will partner with team leads and peers at both the global and regional level. Reporting to the Director of Global Demand Generation, you will join a team that is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all demand generation efforts from acquisition through the customer journey.
Responsibilities & Scope of Role
· Be the in-house automation expert- develop, implement and maintain email campaigns
· Manage end-to-end global webinars- program development and execution
· Manage database accuracy, cleanliness and ensure system functions and syncs within tech stack, managing lists, opt ins and opt outs
· Work cross functionally with internal teams to build and measure campaign success
· Establish and maintain processes at the global and regional level that increase program efficiency and effectiveness
· Support global regions in their regional demand generation efforts
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
· Experience (2-3 years) working with a marketing automation tool (preferably Eloqua) and understanding of demand generation concepts
· Familiarity with Salesforce, WordPress, On24(webinar)
· Ability to report on and interpret marketing data and KPIs
· Is willing to work in a fast paced, changing environment across multiple global teams and meet deadlines
· Effective project management skills
· Work collaboratively as a team member
