Senior Product Business Manager
About The Position
The Sr Product Business Manager (SPBM) is part of our Global Product Business Management team. The position includes both inbound and outbound activities. The SPBM is responsible for opportunities detection, product definition, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing requirements and working closely with Sales and marketing. The SPBM is also responsible for analyzing market needs and trends with focus on executing a GTM plan.
The SPBM is expected to:
· Plan and execute launch of new product to the market
· Define the strategic vision of the product looking 3 years ahead
· Work closely with various stakeholders to define, develop and execute the product roadmap
· Evangelize the product with customers and internal stakeholders
· Be a market expert with respect to customers’ pains and needs, competitive landscape and the surrounding market eco-system
· Develop in-depth understanding of the product and its underlying technology
· Develop product messaging and sales tools together with the Marketing Department
Requirements
· 5+ years of previous experience in B2B Product Management
· Experience managing the full product life cycle (idea – GTM)
· Familiarity with UX best practices
· Experience with building a business case
· Experience with Agile methodology
· Fluent English
· Good presentation skills
· Technology orientation - advantage
· Familiarity with law enforcement investigation systems – advantage
