Senior Business Analyst

About The Position

 Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex data sets, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute business decisions
  •  Be on the cutting edge of analysis, leveraging our data sources to propose new ideas that you’ll then see implemented
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance 
  • Lead the company’s budget process and target setting from data point of view, build the templates, populate the data and work with the sales team to fill the needed data throughout the process. Be the master of the targets data and calculate based on it individual targets for the entire sales team.
  • Build and calculate commission plans.

  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
  • Perform detailed analysis in order to spot trends in underlying data. Make recommendations to Leadership teams on action plans based on the data
  • Periodic review of data sources to ensure data integrity
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end and establish a consultative partnership with key stakeholders to achieve their goals
  • Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics
  • Ability to work with and synthesize large data sets

Personal Characteristics

Experience/Qualifications

  •  BA in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge
  •  3+ years of relevant experience in a data-driven role
  •   Motivated individual with excellent data analysis skills
  •   Excellent Excel skills (advanced) - Must
  •   Experience with BI applications – Must
  •   Capable of working cross-functionally and collaborating effectively with business partners in local and remote geographic locations.
  •  Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment 
  •  High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
  •    Strong knowledge of Salesforce – An advantage 
  •    Knowledge of QlikSense – An advantage
