R&D Group Leader
About The Position
Cellebrite is looking for a highly experienced R&D Group Leader. You will join and be part of the leading company in the world when it comes to digital forensics investigations - Cellebrite. This role includes direct management of 5-6 scrum teams responsible for the core market leading product – Cellebrite Physical Analyzer.

What would you be doing?
- Lead design, development, quality, and enablement of market leading digital forensics product
- Oversee and lead 5-6 multidisciplinary R&D teams
- Build and develop the teams, including coaching and mentoring engineers and team leaders.
- Take active part of the product’s technical vision and roadmap
- Lead and execute new cloud offering solution of the on-prem product
- Initiate and facilitate R&D innovation, incubating and supporting new ideas.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the software development industry
- 6+ years of leading R&D teams, 2+ years leading R&D groups
- Excellent understanding of complex desktop application and architecture.
- Experience developing modern Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, etc.).
- Excellent People leader – experienced in developing, mentoring, teaching, and motivating groups and individuals to outperform themselves.
- Proven offshore experience
- Experience managing complex projects and supporting enterprise customers
- Background in full-stack and related technologies preferred with .Net and React.
- Background in microservices development and CI/CD processed
- Background in developing and deploying to Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)-
- Background in transition on-prem to cloud – Big Advantage
- Strong organization and time-management; a can-do attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication; communicating clearly and comprehensively to senior executives.
