Digital Intelligence Specialist
About The Position
Responsibilities & Scope of Role
- Provide excellent customer experience engaging with internal & external customers
- Operate specialized Cellebrite systems to perform digital forensic work
- Ensure all activities are completed to an extremely high standard and in accordance with customer expectations
- Provide advanced training to Cellebrite customers
- Deployment and training of Cellebrite solutions
- Record activity in case management system in real-time
- Respond to immediate investigational needs of the customer
- Deliver feedback to the CAS management for quality process improvement

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technology related field
- Previous experience in Digital Forensics, Engineering Support or Technical Support
- Past law enforcement experience is a plus
- Experience in electronics or software quality testing is a plus
- Security Clearance is a Must

Flexible availability is required. Some work may be needed after business hours and on weekends.
