About The Position

Responsibilities & Scope of Role

  •    Provide excellent customer experience engaging with internal & external customers
  •    Operate specialized Cellebrite systems to perform digital forensic work
  •    Ensure all activities are completed to an extremely high standard and in accordance with customer expectations
  •    Provide advanced training to Cellebrite customers
  •    Deployment and training of Cellebrite solutions
  •    Record activity in case management system in real-time
  •    Respond to immediate investigational needs of the customer
  •    Deliver feedback to the CAS management for quality process improvement

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  •  Bachelor's degree in a technology related field
  •  Previous experience in Digital Forensics, Engineering Support or Technical Support
  •  Past law enforcement experience is a plus
  •  Experience in electronics or software quality testing is a plus
  • Security Clearance is a Must

    This is a unique position, which will require, above and beyond the technical background, a highly trusted person.

    Flexible availability is required. Some work may be needed after business hours and on weekends.
