What would you do?

  • You will design, lead and implement learning, leadership and organizational development initiatives such as:
  • Organizational learning plan from needs assessment through learning solutions delivery and monitoring learning effectiveness
  • Establishing knowledge sharing forums and communities
  • Designing on-boarding journeys
  • Set first line and mid-level leadership development programs
  • Pulse surveys design, deployment and analysis
  • Performance management and career development
  • Build strong partnership with HR Business Partners and other HR team members to push and pull learning and development related initiatives and needs

The role includes significant operational aspects related to budget management, invoicing, venues and working employee data

Requirements

What knowledge and skills you should have?

  • 5 years’ experience in learning and organizational development 
  • Proven track record in the design and launch of new programs related to leadership / innovation / learning and roll-out of new platforms
  • Ability to coherently speak and ultimately influence different types of target audiences including senior ones
  • Outstanding English verbal and written
  • Mastering excel and power point
  •  Global work experience
  •  Experienced in high tech high growth environment
  •  Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, in both Hebrew and English
  •  MA Degree in Instructional Methodology, Instructional Design, or MBA – an advantage
