About The Position

Cellebrite Ltd. is searching for an Israel Controller to support its business. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the business, financial and accounting concepts, exercise judgment and provide on-time accurate financial and managerial reports. A successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communications skills in English and the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

As an experienced and proven finance professional, this position will be a strong resource for the local Finance Team as well as for the broader organization. A successful candidate will be open to new challenges and want to work in a wide and forward-thinking business.

The position will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Will work closely with Israeli tax authorities and Israeli innovation authority will support implementing statutory and company accounting policies. The position is located in Petah-Tikva.

Responsibilities & Scope of Role

- Monthly Financial Statements closing and reporting

- Quarterly Reviewed Financial Statements

- Yearly Audited Financial Statements and tax reconciliation

- Leading SOX and internal control-related testing and controls

- Analytical review month vs month, actual vs budget

- Working closely with Israeli tax authorities and Israeli innovation authority

- Management of Assistant Controller and bookkeeping team (responsible to EMEA and IL), including day to day activities relating to the Israeli legal

entity

Requirements

- Member of the big four; 5 years after completing internship, preferably in High-tech audit teams

- Strong practical knowledge of US GAAP

- Excellent knowledge of Office applications

- Excellent English

- Strong IT systems orientation

- CPA with BA in Accounting
