Senior Team Leader
About The Position
We are looking for experienced Team Leader to join our Physical Analyzer group and help to make the world a safer place.
You will join and be part of the leading company in the world when it comes to digital forensics investigations - Cellebrite. You will be responsible for managing and motivating your team members while setting a good example with hands on contribution and solid features design
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor developers thru coaching and sharing of knowledge
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Develop new functionality of software products from design phase to production
- Focus on quality deliveries
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Skills:
- Strong knowledge on software implementation best practices
- problem-solving, curiosity, autonomy and self-learner.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
- Organizational and time-management and project management skills
- Decision-making skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in Agile Scrum team management, with scale of at least 5 people - Must
- Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems ( at least 5 years) - Must
- Strong building and understanding of complex system architecture and architectural patterns
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Offshore Management experience
- Experience with web frameworks (ReactJS/Angular/Vue)
- Experience with cloud applications
