About The Position

Objective

· Collaborating with Chief Products & Technologies Officer's leadership team members to outline business priorities and KPIs

Responsibilities & Scope of Role

· Creating the reporting infrastructure to provide continuous transparency of operations through dashboards and reports

· Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads

· Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

· Determining key performance indicators, how to measure team performance and monitoring progress

· Overseeing cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives

· Creating systems and processes to streamline operations

· Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

· Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of meetings focused

Requirements

· BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

· At least 7 years experience managing complex software programs.

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

· Software engineering background - a plus.

· Strong matrix leadership skills

· Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment

· Proficient oral and written English communication skills.

· Agile mindset and “Can Do” approach.
