About The Position

Summary

 Cellebrite Advanced Services (CAS) is looking for an IT Specialist.

The IT Specialist will work closely with our Technical Account Experts to provide software and hardware deployments for our customers. This will involve installation and configuration of Cellebrite Digital Intelligence solutions, training users and providing support to the customer during the acceptance testing.

This role is based in our Office in Munich .

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for, manage, and execute onsite and remote installation and training with new and existing customers
  • Follow best practices in issue resolution and delivery of solutions on complex network environments
  • Work in synergy with the Technical Account Experts and provide customer feedback to product management and R&D
  • Support Cellebrite Advanced Services team with Digital Forensics activities in the Munich office

Requirements

  • Knowledge of network-based communications (IP, DNS, Subnetting, Active Directory)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy
  • Ability to travel (internationally) frequently is a must
  • German mother tongue, good English
  • Knowledge of digital forensics and digital investigation is a plus
