CAS, Digital Intelligence Specialist

About The Position

As part of Cellebrite Advanced Services, the Digital Intelligence Forensics Specialist provides expert support to our customers by performing specialized forensic and investigation services within the Advanced Services lab and on the customer site.


Responsibilities & Scope of Role

  • Provide excellent customer experience engaging with internal & external customers
  • Operate specialized Cellebrite systems to perform digital forensic work
  • Ensure all forensic activities are completed to an extremely high standard
  • Train customers on Cellebrite Premium product
  • Record lab activity in case management system in real-time
  • Respond to immediate investigational needs of the customer
  • Deliver feedback to the CAS management for quality process improvement
  • Gather product feedback for Research & Product planning needs
  • Up to 40% travel to customer sites and corporate events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
  • Previous experience in Digital Forensics, Engineering Support or Technical Support
  • Past law enforcement experience is a plus
  • Experience in electronics or software quality testing is a plus


Skills/Knowledge:

  • Understand mobile phone technology, mobile OS basics.
  • Committed and enthusiastic to exceed customer expectations
  • “Can do” personality, adaptive and able to work independently
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in French a plus
