Described as a Strategic Investment, the deal enables Cellebrite to offer multi-channel diagnostics for smartphones which will include CommuniTake’s unique remote control, diagnostics and support technology for use by cell center agents. It enables smartphone problems to be dealt with immediately through the remote takeover of devices by the agent and now becomes an integral part of Cellebrite’s Multi-Channel Diagnostics solution.
