His reputation for excellence began in university where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel Aviv University and received a practical engineering degree with honors in Electronics and Computers from Singalovski College (Israel). |

Yossi Carmil, Corporate Co-CEOMr. Carmil, who holds an MBA from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany, was appointed Co-CEO in 2005 after joining Cellebrite the previous year. He brought with him 10 years of international sales, marketing and financial experience gained as Marketing and Sales Director of ITS Telecom and as VP Commercial for Siemens in Israel. |

Ayelet Steinberg, Corporate CFOMrs. Steinberg oversees Finance, Operations, Legal, and Investor Relations for Cellebrite. She holds a CPA and an MBA from Hebrew University (Jerusalem) and has more than 10 years experience as CFO and Controller of a VC fund and high-tech companies. Mrs. Steinberg is dedicated to building Cellebrite's corporate infrastructure, facilitating our continued growth both internally and in the marketplace as a leading service provider to the cellular and mobile communications industry. |

James H. Grady, CEO Cellebrite USA Inc.A 20-year veteran executive of the wireless/mobile/internet industry with broad experience in many sectors. Jim helped build several companies from the ground up, scaled revenue to $100m and built high performance global teams for companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, TollBridge Technologies, Verizon Wireless/AirTouch, Boston Consulting Group and General Electric. Jim has also worked in China (Shanghai) where he launched a data networking vendor start-up. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maine. |

David Heled, VP R&DDavid Heled brings more than 20 years of experience in R&D Management in high-tech companies and the IDF. Before joining Cellebrite, he served as the General Manager of WebCollage Israel, heading the Israeli site of the company, focusing mostly on R&D activities. Prior to WebCollage he held the positions of Vice President Research and Development in various companies, including Personeta, Viola Networks and Frontline PCB-Solutions. Earlier in his career David worked at Tecnomatix (NASDQ: TCNO), in senior management positions. David holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Technion, Israel institute of Technology and an MBA from the Israeli Academic Studies Center. |

Alon Klomek, VP Sales, ROWWith more than 19 years of international sales experience, Mr. Klomek leads Cellebrite’s ROW (Rest of the World) Sales – LATAM, EMEA and APAC – for both mobile retail and forensics divisions. He brings extensive expertise in Telco, banking, security technology, information systems and sales management, from various regions including the USA, Europe and Asia. He holds an MBA (Hon.) and a degree in business studies from NYU together with a Bachelor’s degree in economics. |

Leeor Ben-Peretz, VP Products, Mobile Forensics DivisionAs Cellebrite's Vice President of Mobile Forensic Products overseeing the company’s global mobile forensic activities, Mr. Ben-Peretz focuses on product management, business development and training. He joined Cellebrite in 2009, bringing 12 years of experience from the mobile and software worlds. His career path covered business and product-related positions at Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Pelephone Communications, Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT) and InfoGin. Mr. Ben-Peretz holds an Executive MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in business and economics from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv. |

Osnat Tirosh, VP Global HROsnat’s broad professional experience combines international HR management with strong coaching and organizational development skills, executive recruitment, talent management, leadership development and strategic partnering. Previously head of Global HR at Better Place she has also worked at PMC-Sierra ("Passave"), nLayers, Pixel Technologies, Comverse and an Israeli diplomatic mission abroad. Osnat has a MSc. in Management Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut and a BSc. in Marketing and Communications from the New York Institute of Technology. She is also a certified Life and Business Coach. |
