Ron Serber, CO-CEO

Mr. Serber leads external and internal technology developments for Cellebrite and is also responsible for the development of the UME series. Mr. Serber joined the Cellebrite Executive Team as CTO in 2001 from Pegasus Technologies where he served as Director of Software Development. His reputation for excellence began in university where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel Aviv University and received a practical engineering degree with honors in Electronics and Computers from Singalovski College (Israel).

Yossi Carmil, CO-CEO

Mr. Carmil, who holds an MBA from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany, was appointed Co-CEO in 2005 after joining Cellebrite the previous year. He brought with him 10 years of international sales, marketing and financial experience gained as Marketing and Sales Director of ITS Telecom and as VP Commercial for Siemens in Israel.

Ayelet Steinberg, CFO

Mrs. Steinberg oversees Finance, Operations, Legal, and Investor Relations for Cellebrite. She holds a CPA and an MBA from Hebrew University (Jerusalem) and has more than 10 years experience as CFO and Controller of a VC fund and high-tech companies. Mrs. Steinberg is dedicated to building Cellebrite's corporate infrastructure, facilitating our continued growth both internally and in the marketplace as a leading service provider to the cellular and mobile communications industry.

US Subsidiary

James H. Grady, CEO

A 20-year veteran executive of the wireless/mobile/internet industry with broad experience in many sectors. Jim has helped build several companies from the ground up, scaled revenue to $100m and built high performance teams around the world for companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, TollBridge Technologies, Verizon Wireless/AirTouch,  Boston Consulting Group and General Electric.  Jim has also worked in China (Shanghai) where he launched a data networking vendor start-up. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maine.

Germany Subsidiary

Bernhard Pawlak, CEO

Mr. Pawlak has 20 years of working experience in the IT and Telecommunication industry on which to rely. He worked at Lotus Development, IBM, Sagem Orga und Gisecke and Devrient, before he joined Cellebrite in 2008. In all his positions and functions, he was focused on sales and marketing.

As the CEO of Cellebrite GmbH he is responsible for Central Europe covering Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries.
