Yossi Carmil is Global Co- Chief Executive Officer of Cellebrite and a member of the company’s board of directors. He brings with him more than 20 years of vast experience of Executive Management, International Sales, & Business Development. Dedicated to the advancement of Cellebrite as an industry leader for over 11 years, Yossi is responsible for leading the company's vision, strategy and execution. Mr. Carmil holds an MBA from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany He is a member of the board of CommuniTake Technologies LTD, Cellomat Ltd. and the German – Israeli Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK).
Mr. Serber leads external and internal technology developments for Cellebrite. Mr. Serber joined the Cellebrite executive team as CTO in 2001 from Pegasus Technologies where he served as Director of Software Development. His reputation for excellence began in university where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel Aviv University and received a practical engineering degree with honors in Electronics and Computers from Singalovski College (Israel).
James H. Grady

A 20-year veteran executive of the wireless/mobile/internet industry with broad experience in many sectors, Jim helped build several companies from the ground up, scaled revenue to $100m and built high performance global teams for companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, TollBridge Technologies, Verizon Wireless/AirTouch, Boston Consulting Group and General Electric. Jim has also worked in Shanghai, China where he launched a data networking vendor start-up. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
With expertise in strategy, international operational and service networks, multinational financing, IPOs, and Mergers & Acquisitions, Ms. Gerner is responsible for managing Cellebrite's financial functions to support its continued worldwide progress. She was previously President, Pool Management Director and CFO for a leading global provider of retailer packaging solutions and has held CFO positions at Leiman Schlussel, Mimsar Ltd., and managed audits at Ernst & Young. Dana earned a Master's degree in Innovation Management from Swinburne University and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.

Osnat’s broad professional experience combines international HR management with strong coaching and organizational development skills, executive recruitment, talent management, leadership development and strategic partnering. Previously head of Global HR at Better Place she also worked at PMC-Sierra ("Passave"), nLayers, Pixel Technologies, Comverse and an Israeli diplomatic mission abroad. Osnat has a MSc. in Management Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut and a BSc. in Marketing and Communications from the New York Institute of Technology. She is also a certified Life and Business Coach.
Jeremy Nazarian leads Cellebrite’s marketing strategy and program execution worldwide as Cellebrite's global Chief Marketing Officer. Nazarian brings twenty years’ experience in technology marketing and business development at start-ups and mid-size companies across a range of strategic market spaces to the role. Prior to his appointment as Chief Marketing Officer, Nazarian served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, where he was responsible for the company’s global product marketing and North American field marketing for Cellebrite’s Mobile Forensic and Mobile Lifecycle businesses. Nazarian joined Cellebrite from Anobit, where he owned the marketing strategy for the company’s NAND flash technology and Genesis family of SAS and SATA enterprise Solid State Drives prior to the company’s acquisition by Apple. Before joining Anobit, he held in marketing leadership roles at a series of security related start-ups, including Corente (acquired by Oracle), Lumeta, and netForensics. Nazarian earned a B.A. in History from Colgate University.

With more than 19 years of international sales experience, Mr. Klomek leads Cellebrite’s International Sales in EMEA and APAC – for both mobile lifecycle and forensics divisions. He brings extensive expertise in Telco, banking, security technology, information systems and sales management, from various regions including the USA, Europe and Asia. He holds an MBA (Hon.) and a degree in business studies from NYU together with a Bachelor’s degree in economics.

Leeor Ben-Peretz leads Cellebrite’s forensic product strategy, product management, business development and advanced investigative services (CAIS) functions. He brings over 19 years of experience from forensic, telecom and software security industries, having served in key strategic business development and product-related positons at industry leaders such as Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN), Pelephone Communications, Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT) and InfoGin. During his 7 year tenure with Cellebrite, Mr. Ben-Peretz has been instrumental in driving the evolution of the company's offering from a single hardware based product to a rich portfolio of innovative products, solutions and services. Mr. Ben-Peretz holds an Executive MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in business and economics from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv.

Gil Mazor leads Cellebrite's forensics product development organization, including research, development, and quality assurance. He brings more than 18 years of technology, operations, and management experience to Cellebrite, including extensive expertise in building complex software and hardware systems. Prior to joining the company, he served as the General Manager and Vice President Research and Development at Imagine Communications. Gil holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.

Yehuda Holtzman manages Cellebrite’s Mobile Lifecycle business unit. A wireless industry veteran with a proven track record in senior leadership and general management roles, Yehuda, specializes in establishing and growing businesses to a scale of $100M in annual revenue through distribution channels, strategic partnerships and online activity. Prior to joining Cellebrite, he served as Co – Founder and CEO of ExploreGate and Co-Founder and President of Mobile Access. Yehuda holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Brighton University and an MA from Ben-Gurion University.
